A roll-off dumpster is the open-top steel container you see on driveways and job sites, named for how it is delivered: the truck tilts its bed and the container rolls off on wheels at the rear. That delivery method is why placement is so precise and why the container can sit on a driveway without a crane or a forklift.

Worth knowing: City refuse service here is mandatory and you cannot opt out of it — and if your job disturbs even a tenth of an acre, Pinal County wants a dust control plan before the first bucket moves.
